Tuition and fees cover only a third of the real costs to provide all of ISO’s programs. In part, that’s because of the generous financial aid awarded to 30% of ISO students and the full scholarships awarded to all members of the ISO Symphony. All together, more than half of ISO students receive scholarships and financial aid.

MATCHING GRANTS
Many employers have generous matching grant programs. Please check with your employer to find out whether you are eligible for such a program. ISO qualifies for cultural and educational matching grants; all contributions are tax-deductible to the extent provided by law.
DONATE INSTRUMENTS
Donations of string, woodwind, brass, and percussion instruments in good condition are welcome, and tax deductible. Please call us at (212) 410-0370 to donate an instrument.
