Night at the Opera Gala

As many of you know, our Annual Winter Fundraising Gala is coming up on Thursday, March 4th, and it is shaping up to be a great event!

This year’s theme is "A Night at the Opera” held again at the historic Prince George’s Ballroom. Music will be expertly provided by George Stelluto and our excellent ISO Symphony. This years honorees will be George Steel, General Manager and Artistic Director of the New York City Opera, and the New York City Opera Education Department. In addition, we will be honoring the legendary Metropolitan Opera Star Licia Albanese for her work with young artists through her organization The Puccini Foundation. Our special guest presenter will be famed soprano and arts advocate Lauren Flanigan. If that isn’t enough, the young dancers from the American Ballroom Theater will be joining us as well as professional opera singers from the Sing for Hope Organization.
